good experience at the hotel
helpful staff good breakfast
i liked the helpful staff and them being polite. the room changed when i wanted a room that allowed dogs and there was no issue. breakfast was very good too.
i was ill for a day or two after i had some food. maybe it was the food poisoning.

the hotel included a country club gym and pool facilities. the pool area features sun loungers for relaxation and a dedicated space with shade. i saw equipment for various workouts within the gym area.

staff displayed accommodating behavior and friendly attitude. the reception offered a great welcome to all guests. they changed my room without any hassle when i asked for a room that allowed dogs.

small bed low shower
the location was convenient for a night out.
The room was not great. the bed was quite small, so it was hard to sleep well. the shower was fixed at a very low height. It was difficult to get my head under it.

A Mediocre Experience
outdated room non-locking door
The breakfast had a surprisingly good selection.
The room seemed a bit outdated, really. The TV didn't work, and the walls looked a bit dirty. The doors didn't fully lock sometimes, so that wasn't great either.

The room was large and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. I found a Tassimo machine in the room which was unusual and appreciated. All of the staff I spoke to were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly.
I noticed some slight cracks in the bathroom floor in the room and some mould. But it was a very minor thing overall.

The room I stayed in was very quiet and serviced daily. It allowed a restful experience. It was also clean and tidy. It had pleasing warm and spacious features.

The hotel provides good parking facilities. there is nice bonus to be able to use Stables Leisure with a day pass! The bar area was nice though it was busy.

The hotel has a great location. It's very peaceful for a relaxing trip. Being close to the town center made exploring the area convenient, though the parking was expensive.

Breakfast is buffet style. It offered a nice selection of pastries, cereal, and cooked food. I believe it was about £12 each for breakfast, which I considered reasonable for the variety and quality.
